fave muscle group to train is bies, least fave is legs
best exercise would be pullups, clean and press and curls. worst is bench
reason for training is i love it and im just not right if i dont train.

Best thing about my gym : It's a bodybuilders/powerlifters gym, so no "bicep" boys hanging about!!

Worst thing about my gym: mobile phones are permitted!

Favourite muscle groups: Back

Least favourite: Legs, but this is only because I have bad knees and am unable to squat.

Best exercise: T-bar rows

Worst exercise: Barbell curls

Best meal: Botswanan salad with grilled sirloin

Worst meal: Chicken breast, rice and veg!

Reasons for training: Have no desire to be average

Best thing about my gym : It's in my garage

Worst thing about my gym: It's in my garage and the summer heat where I live can be a beating. Still beats a big box gym though.

Favourite muscle groups: Legs/Back, hard to choose. Lets say the entire posterior chain.

Least favourite: Direct core work, but it's a necessary evil.

Best exercise: Deadlift

Worst exercise: Bench

Best meal: Whatever I've chosen for cheat day

Worst meal: Anything when I'm cutting to make weight

Reasons for training: F*** average

Best thing about my gym : Great selection of machines and free weights, plus a nice assortment of surgically augmented eye candy

Worst thing about my gym: I'm too old to be able to pick up the eye candy.

Favorite muscle groups: Back

Least favorite: Calves

Best exercise: Anything for back

Worst exercise: Calf raises

Best meal: 5 Guys double bacon cheeseburger - W/Fries.

Worst meal: Boiled egg whites, grits, and banana

Reasons for training: Love pushing myself (up to you to do it, no one can do it for you). Like looking muscular. The adulation of women.

The best thing about my gym is Power rack, the worst is location of a bathroom right by the fitness area where girls do their yougas or classes,so with two scoops of "animal rage" after work by the time i get there, its a a given blowout.Favorite exercise is dead lifts cause i feel like its my strong point and i feel like it works lots of muscle groups in my body, least favorite exercise is leg raises,i usually do them at the end of my workouts to stabilize blood flow thru out my body.My favorite meal is Steak with garlic mashed potatoes.
