I never use any pre workout supps for energy .. I always force myself and after a few sets, I am pumped with energy. I think using the caffiene filled pre-workout drinks hinder my workout. I feel weak and i burnout fast. I just eat some carbs (usually a bagel) and its all good after a few sets. I usually train for 2 hours a day and 4 days/week so with long training sessions, I need to run on natural energy or I dont make it through my entire routine. Also, supersettting is where its at ... keeps your natural energy up till your done. As soon as you sit on your ass and talk to your buddy about your day for 10 mins, you lose. Get in and get it done!!
