Is it a good idea to run test e and hcg together being its my first time ever running a cycle? I just want to keep my gains. I hear its just a waste if you dont run with it. Then i hear it will raise my estrogen alot. So what is all of your opinions? I mean what is the point of running a cycle if you lose it at the end.. Or is not always the case?

HCG is not needed on just a test cycle unless your going like 20weeks then maybe once again some guys will recover alot easyer than others some guys can get really bad shut down on the lowest dosage some can take a huge dose for a long time and go off lose a coulpe of pounds and keep most gains. only way ul lose gains is bad diet or just not enough kcals in your diet training to hard because your body will have low test after a cycle so why would you train so hard to break down the muscle doesnt make sence like you want to stimulate the muscle. look at the old pros when and if they came off a cycle back in the day when all they had was test dbol deca and winny then tren later on they had no pct at all back then lots of guys on here dont use any pct at all with little weight loss as well depends on your body most people will not need hcg unless they are coming off a long cycle or a cycle with alot of strong compounds. and for estrogen novla will help with that take it on pct with clomid if you so wish to take the clomid that is
