Hey guys!
I wondered about his quite often so I'm gonna ask here for information.
It seems like most of the bodybuilders at a certain level stay quite lean all the time.
I mean... how the fuck do they do that?
Is it really just perfect diet or are those guys constantly taking some gear that helps a lot?
At any gym I ever was I saw 95% guys who were either fat and/or big or skinny bastards proud of their abs.
Can you explain this myth to me? please?
