am i wasting time and gear?

Im sicker than shit

Cold cough sneezing basically fell like crap

Im about to take my third pin of test e

Im on 50 mg d-bol a day and 750 mg test e a week

Should I stop until I fell better or just continue?
Ive missed 2 workouts and there is no way Ill make it tonight
