Shoulders are BLASTED!!
Just got home from the gym! Here's the data.
Front Dumb Bell Raises 15x10, 20x8, 20x8, 25x6 Side Dumbbell Raises 15x10, 20x8, 20x8, 25x6 Side Deltoid Nautilus 170x10,170x10,170x10,170x10 Standing Dumbbell Presses (favorite shoulder exercise) 35x10,40x8,45x8,50x6 Reverse Rear Deltoid Flys with incline bench @ 45 degrees 10x10,15x8,20x8,20x6 Close Grip Barbell Upright Rows (includes bar weight) 100x10,105x8,110x6 Notes: Reverse Rear Deltoid Flys is kind of a made up exercise on my part. Rest chest and stomach on a bench situated at 45 degrees with dumb bells, keep arms straight as possible, and reverse fly at about a 120 degree angle from body. If you feel some tricep activation bend arms slightly to correct. On the nautilus machine it's a cable and pulley type machine and that's all the weight available on that machine. If there were more weight available that would be an excellent deltoid machine. The 170 is a challenge but too far inside my comfort zone to really get a good workout with. Just got home from the gym. Here it is!
Bench w Dumbbells (go heavier) 60x10,65x8,70x8,80x8* Incline w Dumbbells (stay) 55x10,60x8,65x8* Dumbbell Flys (stay) 30x10,35x8,40x8,45x6* Seated Nautilus Press Machine (forced stay) 205x10,220x8,235x8,250x4* Triceps Pushdowns (GO HEAVIER) 120x10,140x8,160x8,180x6* Single Arm Dumbbell Tricep Extension: 20x10,25x8,30x8,35x6 Tricep Kickbacks: 15x10,20x8,25x8,30x6 ***Notes*** I knew I should have went heavier on my bench press. Hell I did more weight last time. But hey that's what this log is for right? On the incline I did 2 sets and on the the third noticed almost a popping feel on my inside elbow. It didn't hurt, just was weird as I've never had anything like that happen. On the chest flys; I will stay at that weight for another week before moving up. The last 2 sets weren't how I like to lift. They were sloppy. On the Nautilus machine that's all the weight available for that machine but is a good isolator so I think I will keep that in the mix. Triceps Pushdowns. That was the best and heaviest exercise I've done for Pushdowns. 20 more pounds and I will be out of weight on that too which sucks cause I like the Pushdowns. Again, I don't know what or why but my triceps have shown the most growth and strength out of all muscles worked. I am astonished to say the least at my triceps. Standing tricep extension; everyone knows that isolates the lateral or long head of the triceps, nothing really exciting about it. I am a lot harder around the back part of my armpit and I know this exercise is doing what it's supposed to! Tricep Kickbacks are going very well I don't think I'm ready for that 5lb (only option) increase. Had a strong week and look forward to next week! Oh yeah bro's! Getting where I want to be fast! Got home from the gym about an hour ago, Here's the goods.
Seated Lat Rows 105x12, 120x10, 135x8, 150x6 (go heavier) Lat Pulldowns 105x10, 120x10, 135x8, 150x6 (go heavier) Kneeling Dumbbell Rows 50x12, 55x10, 60x8, 65x6 (go up 5lbs) Standing Bicep Curls (stay) 35x10, 40x8, 45x6 Superman Curls 50x10, 60x8, 70x8, 80x6 (stay) Preacher Curls (bar weight not included) 50x10, 60x8, 70x6, 90x3 Small Dropset Standing DB Curls 20x10 D 10x20 Notes: Had a strong day today. My biceps are getting very strong. I never thought I would be even attempting to preacher curl 107 lbs in so little time. I thought I could get 4 but would have failed so I stopped at 3. I went up in reps and will do that til I'm ready to go up that 15lbs for my two lat rows exercises. Then I will go back to the 10, 8, 8, 6. Beginning body weight:204 Current body weight: 220.5 Gain: 16.5lbs.

Update On Sides
I think I will add a couple of side effects I'm noticing as of the past 2 weeks.
I have found it difficult to get to sleep at night. But it's not always bad because most of the time if I can get at least 4 hours I wake up well and have plenty of stamina and energy during the whole day. Before I started if I only got 4 hours of sleep I wouldn't be worth a shit at work and especially in the gym. I have also noticed while drinking beer (yes I'm a beer drinker, always will be) a metallic taste in my mouth. It's not a big deal but kinda feels like when you put your tongue to a 9 volt battery. Like my mouth has a small charge when I drink beer. Also my wife has told me a few times now how bad my breath is. She even said the other day that it smelled like a shitty diaper. Harsh!! Seems like its the worst late at night. Manageable though. No aggression. Well no more than I had to begin with. As seen in a different post, I am very horny lately. It's actually getting on the wife's nerves. Oh well, my hands are soft enough.

@ncspacy Get your man on some Test. No my weights are in lbs (USA). I wish I could preacher curl 107kg. That would be around 220lbs.

Old enough. Update: I am now weighing 222.5. Incline on last set is 225lbs x4. Flat bench last set is 225 x6. I have gotten bigger. I get a damn bro you're getting huge every day at work. My strength has nearly doubled. I use 55's for last set of standing dumbbell curls. my sex drive has diminished lately. Gonna go more frequent dose on my aromasin. Was doing 12.5 mg for 4 days on 3 off. Gunna go 12.5 mg ed from here on out.
