Logs are going to change for the next three weeks
Im on the island of St martin French West Indies and the logs will all be combined here fore the time period. They will basically be the same day to day Diet Breakfast poached eggs or eggs Benedict. Champagne and orange juice Lunch Something at one of the great restaurants snack several Carib beers at least one Mai tai Dinner Escargot and a great dinner more champagne and a couple of after dinner glasses of port Workout swimming, scuba diving, ocean kayaking , Supplements 1 cap Taurine 1 cap milk thistle 2 mega men vitamins lots of vitamin D (laying in sun with the beach runner bringing more beer when I run out) occasional Viagra gear could not take any with me cardio sex, sex, and uh, oh yeah, more sex. three weeks |
