5/16/15
Diet
morning
2 hard boiled eggs
mid morning snack
one slice toast and peanut butter.
lunch
chicken breast ( broiled) salad no dressing
afternoon snack
Granola bar
Dinner
Vegetables ( cucumber, squash, green onions) 10 OZ rib eye steak
nighttime snack
2 hard boiled eggs

Workout
Saturday Cardio only 30 mins morning before breakfast on eliptical
cardio only 2 mile jog in evening

250 tren cyp EOD
250 Test C per week
I will finish the tren cycle on monday This has been a eight week cycle so it is ending
Starting Monday I will be on Test Cyp only at 400mg a week ( monday 200 and thursdays 200)

Sunday is rest/off
except for cardio

2 mile jog

asparagus pesto rice noodle pasta and vegetables

hard boiled egg
dinner
lettuce rolled ground pork, brown rice
late snack
one piece bread with peanut butter

supplements
mega men vitamin

no gear on Sunday

12 grilled shrimp, salad

100 90 85 89 75 70 65 all till failure 3 sets
hammer curls

shoulders

4 oz ground sausage
1 oz cheese
one flour tortilla wrap to hold it all
lunch
2 hard boiled eggs
one small tomato
one half cucumber
1 teaspoon olive oil
dinner
tuna fish sandwich ( tuna. one egg, small green onion, one tblspoon mayo


workout
30 mins cardio
drop sets bench press 3 sets to failure , start at 165 and drop 5 lbs at each fail until im down to 135. bench is less due to shoulder injury recovery
30 mins cardio at night
