6 Weeks till my favourite run series Brooks HellRunner Series
Kinda starts a season of trail and fell runs for me lasting till Feb I ran the Yorkshire 3 peaks some 10 weeks ago and have done little since resting an injured right knee so it's 6 hard weeks for me now to get back up to scratch. Currently about a stone and half over my ideal running weight so thought I'd start a log to motivate myself HERE WE GO: 1/08/2010 12 Stone 4.5 mile trail run - untimed, steady pace (planned 10miles but it's tooooo bloody muggy) Straight into 6 mile mountain bike ride - untimed, fast pace mix of road and trail Last edited by ogy; 08-01-2011 at 07:31 PM. |
