Hope everyones good and well, I've not had internet access for a few weeks

I did the brookes hell down south run over the weekend at longmoor militaryu camp.

Made the mistake of going down on the saturday to stop over and get an early start, I swear we were just heading out for a 'few quite ones' and a bite to eat!!!

7 pints of fosters, 1 peroni and 2 magners later we staggered back to the hotel at 2am .

Woke up feeling like utter shite at 8am (had to be signed in to run at 9am!!!)

can honestly say that the worst cure for a stonking hangover is a 12 mile trail run through bogs and hills haha.

Luckily though it was much easier than what I'm used to (oversubscribed to fuck and bottlenecked ques were well annoying, we were near the back due to rolling in late and had to get past all the walkers and people scared of getting dirty)) we managed a repectable time of 2hrs, I spent about 30 mins pissing though due to desperatly trying to rehydrate before the run.

Won't be doing that again hahahaha

did a 14 miler tonight, just under 1 hr 46 mins. that included a few piss stops lol

Chest and biceps tomorrow at the gym

I'm working out much more lately, I've lost no weight but I am noticing hell of a gain in muscle mass and speed

starting to love working out again thank fuck
