Full hour in the Gym today
Granted 35 mins were on the treadmill Fuck off besty hill workout ranged from running flat incline to 15% incline 3 - 5 min intervals the basis is when you feel fucked and the lactic acid is raging instead of slowing down and walking you compensate the speed for height working new muscle sets then run at that new incline gradually dropping the speed then up the incline and repeat it just stops the boredom of dreadmills Then I fired off some upper body, chest and back. Should have done weights first really because everybody thought I was sweating like fuck because I was doing incline chest hahaha

Loving it, heat wave gone, nice dark dingy nights are upon us!!
Done various 4 miles and a beasty 26 mile hike been out tonight for a chilly run, did 4 miles at fast pace Got a stitch today, first one in ages, forgot how much they tan!! Great tip for getting rid of stitches is to stop, breath hard and press with two fingers on the stitch, when it's gone, give it a minute and crack on!! i tried to run through it for about a mile and half untill I got pissed off with myself and stopped lol
