Default Kettlebell training.

Hey guys just want to know what everone thinks of it seems to be good for general health not my cup of tea i have to say doe ive seen guys who have goten great results from just kettle bells then you see their legs and well its more like what legs. it seems that pop culture training is about being lean small with no leg development i blame movies for this i love movies but dam its all about big upper bodys thats why so many movie stars are on screen after bulking up look so huge is well they dont have any legs or very little. brings us back to kettlebells great for fat burning quick in and out training for busy people who want to look ok but your useing the same muscles over and over arms shoulders mostly seems like a waste to me but then again i dont want the normal person look or idea of how you should look as most would on here. what do you all think guys??

I think legs size will show how hard you train in the gym. You can't have huge legs without squats.

I train them hard once per week and I have great legs, everyone says this.
