i mix up my carb drink of 100g of dextrose i drink half during my workout and half after. this keeps my energy up. i lift for about 1 hour then cardo for a half. if your eating enough i doubt you will have a problem extending your workouts a bit.

45 to 60 min's weights and 15min's cardio.. as i can only do 3 times a week if i could go 5 days a week, it would be no more then 30 min's

3 hours a week, all weights.
Currently bulking as much as I can, I do 3 sessions: Chest, shoulders, tris Legs and lower back Back and bis Abs twice a week. Thats it for me, an hour a workout, usually it can take a little longer if I'm helping spotting my gym buddy, but if we aren't chatting or in a hurry, itll be less than an hour. |
