Honestly I just put my headphones on (over the ear, not in the ear) and then zone out.
I find once I start my routine I can pretty much blank out the rest of the gym. Music is such a great thing that sets up the mood that's why I never fail to bring it with me when I'm working out. I think the music definitely helps with that. Last edited by robrobin10; 04-24-2010 at 04:50 PM. |
