If you can't see your lower abs, it is because you are holding either too much body fat and/or too much water. No amount of crunches/sit-ups will bring them up. You need to drink more water, cut out salt, cut out junk food, fizzy drinks, too many calories/carbs and really pay attention to your diet. You want to start seeing a "reversal" of things, so if you don't see your abs coming out a bit more in a few days, start doing more cardio and cutting down carbohydrates even more, especially later in the day. Saturated fats are a big no. Not even a little bit. Read labels on all foods. Lower abs are the last bit of fat to go, so it will be harder but hang in there
