Default Cardio in the morning. Do you?

Does anyone wake up and jump right into some cardio for the extra fat buring effect??

I do it but it tends to slow me down and make me tired the rest of the day..

Maybe a good 20minutes on 3.0 10 incline would be perfect u no.

i do it when i can. I think its better imo.,

I just cant ever get up early enough to do it before work

My fav time to run is the morning, slightly impossible now that I have kids and my own business, mornings are mental

We're going camping next week on t'moors so early morning beast runs will be my starter every day

Early morning cardio is the best... I do it three days a week at least
