Incline Dumbbell Press for Chest
Squats , I hate them but I love them Hammer seated row for back , always pumps my back up I really love doing drop sets too. Today I did 75 lbs DB press for shoulders for 10 reps then grabbed the 55lbs right after and it was a challange to pump out another 10 reps also DB pullovers, 21's ez bar bicep curl, dips Oh shit i was only suppost to list 3 |
