Ive been doing IF for two years now. I cant imagine eating any other way.
I might switch to a more traditional diet for my winter bulk though. Theres nothing better for me than eating a 2000+ cal meal right before bed and being able to stay lean |

My bro is doing this he chooses to eat from 12am to 8pm. After 6 months he is going to drop it down to 12am to 6pm. He seems to enjoy it because he does not like to prepare and worry about meals. He just rather get it all in and not think about it.
My self i cant do it i get headaches and feel horrible from it. |

How many calories are you eating barman? I remember the first week being a little tough.
If your going to bed hungry on IF somethings wrong. I save at least 1000 calories for my before bed snack. Ill have a big omelette or a big bowl of oatmeal with some peanut butter and sugar free syrup for my last meal. Cottage cheese and peaches is another really filling meal. |
