Default foods you must eat

Eggs –

*As far as muscle building capabilities are concerned,*eggs are up there as some of the best foods*you could ever hope for when looking to improve your physique.

Eggs are a great source of protein, they contain b vitamins and minerals, and also contain every single amino acid required by the body.

One of the main reasons why eggs are so beneficial to those looking to build muscle is that the yolks actually contain healthy cholesterol as opposed to bad cholesterol, which helps to promote the healthy production of natural muscle building hormones in the body, including*testosteroneand*HGH.

Wild salmon –*

Wild salmon is another food ideal for those looking to build muscle because it is a fantastic source of natural protein that is also packed full of minerals and omega 3 fatty acids.

These fatty acids are prime examples of healthy fats that help to boost metabolism and increase fat loss whilst promoting the synthesis of new muscle fibers.

They’re especially beneficial in muscle building terms because they also help to increase insulin sensitivity, which has also been heavily linked with the growth and repair of muscle tissue.

Oatmeal –*Whilst many people only really think of high protein foods when it comes to building muscle, oatmeal is a fine example of how complex carbohydrates can also benefit us in regards to building muscle.
Oatmeal is so beneficial because it is packed full of slow-releasing and slow-digesting carbohydrates, which means that once it is consumed, it supplies a steady supply of energy into our bodies for several hours afterwards.
Not only does this help to reduce our appetites and increase our metabolisms, but it also means we benefit from increases in energy, making our workouts in the gym far more effective as we can work that little bit harder and for that little bit longer.

Natural Peanut Butter –

*Peanut Butter is a bodybuilder’s best friend as you’d be hard-pressed to find a bodybuilder who doesn’t absolutely adore peanut butter. It is rich, creamy, sweet, and best of all it is packed full of healthy fats and proteins that the body absolutely thrives upon.
It is full of monounsaturated fats which help to reduce bad cholesterol levels and protect the heart and as it is rich in protein, it also helps the muscles as protein is vital for the growth and repair of muscle tissue via protein synthesis. Always go with natural or organic peanut butter as some cheaper brands contain artificial chemical additives and other nastiness that does the body more harm than good.

Not a vegetarian, but I definitely agree that eating natural food as much as possible is the healthy way to go.
