Hell NO I dont eat SOY or Wheat
I have many food intolerances and kiddo has 12 so we eat paleo strict though
No fruit no nuts no potatoes
just meats good fats and dark green vegetables.
when I carb load sources are from oatmeal and brown rice and that is it.
I have celiac, wheat intolerance and soy the list goes on but wheat it the big one.
