new gear waiting on rest of order

Ordered from store got half shipment waiting on rest to start my cycle. How long does that normally take?

Usually pretty fast. My friends got there complete order in 12 days. After the order was cleared.

shouldnt be that much longer
as said GBN is quite fast and normally deliver before the due date
