So I have decided to share both my past transformations as well as my present day to day training, supplementation and results. I started this journey 9 months ago after knee surgery and have come a very long way, on the flip side I am never satisfied and want to be bigger, stronger and more vascular. I'm currently sitting at 189lbs and around 6% BF give or take, I've cut down from 200lbs. The goal is to weigh in at 176 which is the absolute top of the middle weight division, after weigh in it be time to carb up and put some size back on for show time. Right now I am taking all Kalpa gear which has been amazing I must add. Dosage is as follows and will be changing in approx 3 weeks:
2 times per week 1.5cc Kalpa test enan 1.5cc Kalpa tren Diet is still around 4500-5000 calories and roughly 500g of carbs a day because my body does not hold water. |

So it's time to lean out a little note and confuse the body a bit. Rep count is rising to 15 on most exercises with a majority or the workout consisting of super sets and some monster sets. As for gear, still repping Kalpa and Dragon labs:

Just a quick update, no change on dosage gonna stay with for a couple weeks, did crush legs today doing more volume to bring out the sweeps in the quads for the competition in 6.5 weeks. New veins are appearing every day, getting grainier by the minute (watch out Branch Warren) will post again in a few days but definitely SO FAR SO GOOD. Rep the Kalpa brand

Carbs have now been cut to 200g per day, energy is very low but so is water retention which is a good thing. Still on 3cc Kalpa Test, Tren and Winny per week. Beginning to lean out. Below are aome pics feel free to leave a comment anything helps.

So this far I've found a lack of individuals following my thread which is a littl disheartening but my fault at the same time, maybe I should spark the interest just a bit. I am 5 weeks out from my first show, it's the biggest show in my state and competition is fierce. I will be competing against many amateurs that are trained by no shit IFBB PROS!!! So a ill support goes a long way. As for my stats I'm 5"8 190 5%BF ON MY WAY TO THE MIDDLEWEIGHT DIVISION at 176lbs. I bench 415, squat 450 and dead lift 450, (not too shabby) I'm currently using kalpa gear and love it. I'm using a total of 9ccs per week, 3 test prop, 3 tren a, and 3 Winnie V. I do my inj every other day. So do me a favor send some love my way...
