bro, it seems you are checking "wrong tickets", gbn has 24 hour customer support and anyone here can confirm this, I got your PM on Friday but replied today as I was out of country with some friends.
P.S. If you closed a ticket there is no chance customer support will see it, if you created a new ticket or replied to the old one and did not got a reply within 24 hours that means they did not got your ticket and you can contact me giving ticket ID so I can check what happened. But I assure you and you can ask any of our customers that replies are within 24 hours, sometime instant, there are cases when our CS "chats" with customers when both are online.
