start of week 6
mid way now thinks really starting to show I feel training is going great the punmps in the gym have been great defo be keeping intra carbs too when bulking ot sure how much of difference made but really feel it helps with the pumps said I wasn't going to step on scale this week only every weeks but stepped on and was 90.2kg so still moving up so cant complain not sure wat should aim for but not really bothered im feeling good and can feel like im adding size had some epic crap at weekend with deserts and stuff but hey only little bit and im already fat have sore spot on jab this morning from last night this is first time so have to put down to jab and not gear related as been very sooth so far but cant have them perfect everytime although I don't do my own I have them done to me any questions on how im feeling or what experenceing go ahead and ask will always be honest oh I am not taking any AI or hgc or anything during cycle have on hand if needed but don't feel need to control it and water bloat aint going to really effect that much when I am hardly in shape anyway maybe some gym selfies this week or would like to see vids harder to take but may be able to slip few in while not looking like nob in gym |

I think when taking any nor-19 you have to be in good mental place as feel it really can put you in down moods I started cycle great to be fair but have been doing lot of DIY at home and have a deadline to complete I feel this has put a lot of strain on me and due to this have been feeling little run down mentally think has lot to do with this as im normally very ok on any thing but the whole situation has caused me to be more snappy as got the misses on my back about the work and went off in argument other day but after sat down thought about it with combination of stress on DIY and the gear I could see wasn't normal mentality for me so have taken step back and now think about things its about control and knowing what limits mentally are also think I over think things aswell always thinking is this cos of me or that because of what I have done think best advice its know that your moods may change and see there only temp so you have to be mentally strong I think I even think deca is more of mood swing that tren to be honest its easy for me to see things like this as my partner is a nurse whos field in mental health so its very talked about subject also misses is only cycle too so she prob as up and down as I am |

week 7
well not much but bad news to report this week weds I had some bug or something was being sick and couldn't eat so missed gym weds I went thrs but may aswell not have was bad workout and just made me worse not better so had the Friday off too so my eating has been hardly anything all weekend porb less that 1500 cals and generally junk so not much to give you update on this week im still not feeling 100% but think ill be ok and get back to it today and see how I feel so no pics as was ill and didn't want to get on scale as know would be a drop so lets hope can get back to it and get back eating well this week |

Well, sometimes we need rest, for example I take 1 week rest each 2 months.

I think it was more to do with something I had eaten or some bug as was quite sick one day and felt sick when was eating the other days agree need to take rests but don't think was burned out and stress as eased up as nearly done all decorating just few paint touch ups to do think just one of them things run into was only saying few weeks ago in post all was going well and I normally get a cold or something when on cycle but hadn't happened this time well I spoke to soon |

also back training this week and has gone well
haven't smashed it but been some good pump sessions eating has got back up again so over the worst of it two more training days this week was ment to be a twice legs this week but didn't so only once that was yesterday and arms only once too this week just standard split think will do same next week too see how I feel |
