Diet is on point , This is what i just switched to after dropping slin . I had more carbs in but started to hold to much water so i dropped the slin and some carbs . Will post up progress pics for the last few weeks
Diet Meal 1 – 4 whole eggs, 2 slices of Ezekiel toast with organic butter, a teaspoon of coconut oil Meal 2 – 40 grams of whey protein Meal 3 – 6 oz of cooked chicken, 1 cups of white rice Meal 4 preworkout – 40 grams of whey iso, ½ cup of cream of rice (dry), 1 tbsp of nut butter, 0 calorie choc syrup Intra – 1 scoops of Intra MD Meal 5 post workout – 1 scoop KarboLoad , 1 scoop of dymatize hydroized protien Meal 6 6 to 8 oz ground turkey. Couple cups of salad ,low fat or home made dressing I have more updates im moving here from another log i have started _________ |

GBN and Huge Tom are a great thing. Very impressed with the progress you've made. I love how you blocked the page in your front pic. That's awesome.
Syntherol, that scares the crap out of me. I have not used it, but I was told it could be very painful. Is that true? I know some negative stories have come up recently, but I also know a few guys who recently told me they use it sparingly and get solid results. Good luck on the competition. Let us know how it goes.

It can be a bit painful but if you take your time and do small steps with it its not to bad. MY quads feel like i did a leg workout every day . I have more updates to post till get up to speed here with where im at in my progress I honestly get compliment on my legs in the gym here and there . People can see my sweep threw my sweat pants |

thanks for following along guys. I stop SEO the for two days , my one quads was tight and kinda hard ish . Massaged it and used my roller and it was fine . It prob would have been fine anyway but id rather be a bit on the cautious side than end up with a hard or lumpy muscle
going to fast forward a bit here . Ill post my progress pics with my weight. i was up to 223lbs but was retaining a ton of water so we ( i have a friend helping coach me ) decided to cut back on carbs and drop slin . I dropped 9 lbs the week after i did that . Still been running the 30lbs in 30 days less then slin had to drop my orals last week so i only ran them 3 weeks . lethargy was getting the best of me Got my package from GBN over the weekend. It was packed pretty good and arrived quickly. I pinned sus350 by itself to see if any pip. No pip going in and none this morning.. Also started eq300 and npp100. Will be doing Sus350 mon/Wed/Fri npp eod eq300 mon/Wed /Fri I'll probably run this for about 4 weeks then drop the sus and start cutstack here is my lower back at 207lbs , cant find the 223lb pic but lower back was WAY softer [IMG][/IMG] |
