Assistance, first cycle
Good day all,
Preparing to run my first 'real' cycle. Played with many over the counter crap over the years and a few months ago went anavar only. Progressing to the real deal now. Order is in the mail, should be here in the next week or so. All items are from Kalpa so we all know its g2g! As for bio details, I am 38 years old, 5'5", & 185 lbs. Been lifting heavy nearly 20 years and have an incredible amount of base muscle. As for body far percentage, going just by the bullshit chart, I'm listed in the upper 20's but the doctor told me we cannot use it as a baseline cause I way too much muscle. He said he would estimate around 15% to be fair. I'm looking to gain muscle mass but maintain or even decrease body fat. Further definition and vascularity would be great. Here is what I either have on hand or on the way. Let me know fellas the best way to run this. Clomid, 90 tabs Test e, 3 x 10 ml bottles proviron, 180 tabs 25mg Anavar, 250 tabs, 10mg nolva 20mg 30 tabs Thanks

Welcome to the forum.
I would suggest that you forget the Proviron and Anavar(save them for another cycle) 500mg of Test E per week for 10 weeks is fine for a first cycle, keep the Nolva on hand in case of any signs of side effects, you could also use the Nolva for PCT at 40mg per day for the first 7 days then 20mg per day for the next 14 days. Make sure your diet is clean and you train hard.

Appreciate the response. I was planning, based on huge toms suggestion, the following:
12 weeks of test e @ 500, split into the two injections on mon & thurs. Weeks 1-12, 50 mg of proviron Clomid as pct Post pct, 5 weeks of anavar @ 80 mg I get the run test only deal on the first cycle but looking to keep the proviron in to increase hardness, maintain water retention, and increase libido. Anavar would be a separate cycle, post pct. Worked extremely well a month or so ago with overall hardness of muscle while reducing fat.

If your looking for hardness from the proviron you'd be better off with a higher dose, 75 to 100mg per day - This will also boost the effects of the Test.
Taking proviron can boost the Test by as much as 50% so taking the Proviron with a 500mg per week cycle could boost the effects up to as much as 750mg per week

PCT - Nolva or clomid?
I was planning the following: 2 weeks of use at 150mg per day 1 week at 100mg per day 1 week at 50mg per day For the anavar only second cycle, I would plan on waiting a week or two, then run the var at 5 weeks, 80 mg. Let me know your thoughts.

Bro for first cycle all you need is 500mg/week of test for 10-12 weeks.
Keep nolva on hand and have some clomid for PCT. That is all  Update us once you start it. Quote:
