Just sendin out a hi since I am the new guy ... little about me ... used to be a mod on a couple boards but stepped away fromt the boards for a while. Now, the boards I was a member of no longer exhist .. so here I am :-)

I am 34 been training for 9 years now .. never competed as it does not interest me. I am 5'9 245 and 8% BF.
