I've run tren A 3 times now at either 75mg or lately 100mg EOD for 4 weeks max every time. Main reason is that after 4 weeks of hardly sleeping I feel fucked. Like you my workouts are out of this world, but that's not enough to put up with feeling so tired.

Are you sleeping enough? Or maybe just training too hard to recover properly, even though you are using AAS? Could either of these be the problem?

If anyone knows a way to overcome this fatigue I'd love to know!

I drank a monster and it picked me back up regretfully for the nasty carbs and worthless calories. But yeah man I'm getting average 6 -8 a night I feel worse if I get more than 7 usually though. I'm going to take caffeine pill tomorrow that way I don't take in calories / carbs with drinks.

Good old monster and caffeine Great for pre workout, but doesn't stop the day long fatigue, sadly. Not for me anyway.

Yes I do. I'm not saying it's definitely the cause. I don't know how hard you are actually working out, but if you have massively upped it as a result of the test and the tren and if you are sleeping enough, then it's very likely you are overtraining.

It's so tempting when you are suddenly seeing these fantastic results to just keep going, but in my experience you do need to take a step back every now and then. I don't mean a few weeks off. Just an extra day or so.

Being half my age your capacity for training will be a lot more than mine, but my experience over the years has definitely led me to believe that it's a fine line between overtraining and optimal training.

But don't just take my word for it. Try it and see what you think.

Be interested to see how you get on.

It's difficult to force yourself to take an extra day or two off sometimes - even a week occasionally - but I've always benefitted from doing so.

I've been using AAS for two years now and I don't see any evidence (personal experience or otherwise) to suggest they can negate the need for sufficient rest, especially as they help you workout even harder!

Laying in bed and can't sleep!
I would say my mood ls off today too I feel very on edge, controlable but I'm testy. I had a good work out nit as focused as the others this week Though. I'm thinking maybe to switch my work out to the am so I'll have energy through the day and hopefully sleep at night.
