I did not read all the post but if you are on the PCT phase now than if clomid works for you stick just with it.
Dont worry about squats, health is more important focus on exercises you can do and do them correct, steroids are not more than 20% of success.
Train correct and you will see a lot of progress.

Other then that it seems like I'm keeping almost all of my strength gains. Finals at college make it extremely hard to eat clean so I keep relying on milk and thus getting fatter and fatter.
