Not a whole lot to update. Just more of the same.
Lifts are still going up every week.
Still gaining weight but much slower now. Eating 5000 calories a day now.
I was having a drop in libido. I upped my adex from .25 eod to .5 eod. That did the trick. Libido is back and I look better with less bloat.

Yea barman. Good times with the family.
I have officially hit a wall in my training. Ive felt it coming for awhile and today it finally hit me. I normally take a one week deload every month to avoid overtraining but since I started the juice ive been just plowing through my training cycles without a break.
It suck being that im on week ten of test but I have to force myself to take a week off.
Last week I bumped the test up from 500 to 750. Hopefully that helps

Cycle update
Its week 11 of my cycle. Im officially starting my cut today. The last few weeks gains have slowed a lot. Its gotten to the point that I need 6000 calories a day to see the scale move.
As of today I weigh 229 pounds 16% bf. Started at 185 11% bf.
Im not fucking around with this cut. I upped my test dose to 750 a week two weeks ago. Started t3 and clen today.
3000 calories a day will be my starting point. I will adjust as necessary to loose 1% bf per week.
Its a long first cycle but im running hcg 500iu per week with a ten day blast of 500iu per day after last pin. 4 days later ill start a 5 week pct of clomid and nolva.

Haven't posted anything in awhile. I probably shouldn't do anymore logs because I'm to lazy to update. I loose interest in the internet sometimes.
Anyway. I just finished week 2 of my pct. I've dropped from 236 to about 220 pounds since my last injection. I'm pretty sure all the water weight is off now.
I've lost some strength especially on my bench and military press. Squat and dl are holding strong.
I have to say, pct sucks ass. I'm tired, sore, easily depressed and my sex drive is gone.
I'm gonna finish pct and then do a reccomp/cut naturally for the summer. Ill probably start another cycle next fall. One a year is enough for me.
