Day 11.... Today was my heavy leg day and I can say I was feeling nice and strong. Squats felt real good and easy. I was able to do more reps and start out heavier than usual. I was looking forward to testing that out all day and everything felt great.
I did start to feel a little bit of a lower back pump towards the end of my squats and once I started doing good mornings I definitely started feeling it. My guess is, in about 7 days the juice should be loose and I expect some good PRs coming up in my near future. I'm eating at about a 400 + calorie surplus right now and haven't added too much body fat. So far the only side I am seeing are night sweats. I wake up soaked on some nights. I was feeling tired up until today so that could be hormones doing their thing. I did have one pimple on my shoulder. Hopefully I don't get much acne. For reps I am at 155. 1RM 185. nothing crazy....
I will say I am starting to look a little harder. Pumps are getting pretty awesome. Yesterday I did delts and arms and my biceps felt like they were going to explode after the first two sets. Vascularity is coming in real nice. I have ab veins and barely any abs to show haha. Also some new veins in my delts. Good times. My knees have started to bother me. I'm not sure what's up with that. Day 19 and feeling great! 20 lb deadlift PR putting me at 185 for reps. I just recently started doing deadlifts again after a few months off from them.
I am super vascular and now I have veins in my quads for the 1st time. Yay! Feeling stronger on everything and my boyfriend said he can tell I'm getting thicker each time he sees me. 😊 So far the sides are minimal. I have had one pimple on my shoulder. The night sweats are pretty intense. I wake up soaked sometimes and sweat a lot more while training. That's really about it though. Oh, actually the pumps..... I feel like I have a pump in my biceps 24/7 and when I actually train them OMG....after one set I feel like they are about to explode. My last cycle my rear delts would get that way. Feeling really strong in the gym with lots of energy. I ended up getting sick over the weekend with a bad cold that kept me out of the gym. I was going crazy so I went ahead and went on Tuesday and even though I felt like hell I was able to power through my training like nothing was wrong. Pumps are strong and come on fast. Im definitely adding some size In my lats, delts and arms. It's only been a few weeks but I can see more thickness especially in my lats. Bonus side.... Libido is out of control! Here is a pic... I'm on week 6 now. This week I bumped my dosage up to 15mg splitting it up 3 times a day. I have been taking the 2nd dose before I train and I will say the pumps are off the chart.
Feeling strong especially on bench and dumbbell chest presses. Still sweating like a mofo. I don't remember sweating this much on my last cycle it's crazy. I usually try to go two days between hair washing but I just can't do that now. Acne hasn't been bad this time either. Hopefully it doesn't show up since I increased the dose. My period came a week early out of nowhere. (Sorry guys, but this is to help females lol). I am usually pretty regular so that was odd. Libido still going real strong. I can't say I hate that side effect. So overall right now all is great. I'm up to 143lbs. Haven't gained a ton of fat. My diet is pretty clean although I will have a day on the weekend when i eat what I want. I haven't had my body fat checked and I don't really plan to until I start prep again in December.
