done my second shot yesterday have zero pi with either shot so thats amazing since its 350mg of test per ml 2moro will be chest abbs and cardio twice once in the morning and after weights. chest work outs are pretty simple benchpress i switch between flat and incline each week or second week mix it up a bit. also do dumbell flys and presses thats my chest workout most of my training is at reps around 12-15 reps good range for me but i force out the last couple of reps head is popping from it ha but i keep my bench around 6reps il go as heavy as i feel i can as i dont have a spotter best to be safe. i do alot of sets so my body does be in bits for 3-4days as it should be and a bit of info about me and my life did my security exam on wends was easy enough so im pretty sure i passed aw happy days ha

Hey lads my test prop from the ironpharma came in today so im going to add it to my cycle might as well was doing 1ml of kalpa sus 350 twice a week im going to add 1ml of the prop on both days extra kick and all that :P ha my Bis tris and forerms are in bits from durnin the week ah the pain and glory. kcal intake is around 3500kcals 350gs of carbs and proteins the rest is fat around 70gs a day made up of mostly milk and animal fats. yummy Doing legs tomoro going to blast them i am super hyped up this week its great. going to stay on T3 50mcg a day might up and down it by 25mcg seeing how i get on.

Hey lads training is going good diet is going pretty well to so im happy with myself loving the T3 atm great stuff but i do feel a bit flat at times other than that is going well. i will be upping my training more from here on out training twice a day with weights 4-5 times a week if needed will be pushing extra kcals in my body. im around 203ish atm trying to bulk up to 220 see how i am if needed more i will bulk up an extra 10pound and do a big cut to get lean ive tryed the whole trying to stay lean while bulking dont like it dont feel as well and i feel i gain less muscle to i know alot of guys agree with me rather be big anyway lol so yeh training twice a day give an idea of how it will look day 1 cardio, eat, train legs, eat, nap, eat train chest, eat, nap, eat, eat then bed will up kcals as needed id say i will have to on around 3500kcals atm. so id be loooking to train each body part twice a week time to get huge

Did leg training just finished and well it was not good at all tbh legs went after the second set felt like i did 8 sets of squats :/ did a about 6 sets of squats and 4 sets of calf raises will train them again in a couple of days again hammer them. havent being doing much the past week or so outside of training pretty much training and resting maybe il get out a bit more walk around might help could of just being a bad training day

Hello all well gains are coming today i was 2pound up from last weekso im 204 3/4 pounds so im happy also each week im looking a little bit tighter and muscles are looking rounder the T3 is working for sure not using it to cut up doe so its good going to be upping my kcals this week to 4000a day and workload is going up juts bring my carbs up and fats up a bit no point in bumping protein as you can only use so much of it. im having my back done now shortly then a nap with a shake and band straight onto shoulders had chest yesterday so yeh workload is up recovery is up sex drive is very very much up :P oily skin and feeling quite warm to T3 most likely.

Hope you feel Better soon dude. I had some stomach problems last year that had me in and out of the hospital for a couple months. It destroyed a entire years progress for me. I just recently got back to where I was before that.
