Day 1 fasted cardio 20mins. Time to give my metabolism a boost. Dont wanna start of to crqzy so ill be doing fqsted cardio 3xs wk until i feel i need to add more. Dieting ahould be slow and steady. over the past year ive learned my body responds better to having more food added as i get leaner not less. Ill keep you guys posted
