So i had to watch my son yesterday but I'm back at it today. I found my log book after the gym... Go figure lol.
Today i did legs and i can def feel the time i missed and a little lost strength but I'm eating good now and despite everyone's including mine i uped sust to 1050mg/week Its been a while since I've ran a gram a week so let's see what happens. Gor legs i did Squats Hack squats Lunges Iso machine ext Reg machine ext Was exhausted after this little bit. Lost a few pounds while i was sick as well |

Got back in today. Feeling weak frim being sick but strength is on a slow steady rise. I really really like this primo.
Just so we're all up to date here's my situation. I work one full time job and one part time plus i have a nine month old that my gf and i swap back and forth to avoid daycare. I'm hittin the gym and the food every second i have free. I was lethargic today but i did hit back with my log finally lol. Wide grip pulls 160 x 15 190 x 10 205 x 8 Deads (don't laugh haven't done them in yrs) 135 x 10 225 x 10 275 x 5 Close grip pulldowns 55 x 15 70 x 10 85 x 8 Db rows 65 x 12 70 x 10 75 x 8 Reverse flies 20 x 15 25 x 12 30 x 10 As of now I'm taking 1050mg sust/week 600mg primo/week 75mg primo ace oral 50mg proviron daily Hcg 500iu once a week |

Flat bb bench
135 x 20 225 x 10 245 x 6 Incline bb bench 135 x 12 155 x 10 185 x 4 (almost failure but no spotter) Pec deck flies 160 x 15 190 x 12 205 x 10 Burnout of bb flat bench then straight into pushups. 135 x 13> 7 pushups My stamina us still low from being sick but getting better. Gettin alot of compliments which is always nice plus my weight is rising a lb every day or 2. Weighed in at 196 today |

So i made it to the gym today but i only have 3 days this week i can workout.
I did shoulders, bi's and tri's today. Been missin arm day so why not lol. Had a solid workout. Getting stronger and more vascular with every workout. I was washing dishes yesterday and got a pump so strong it felt like a cramp. I'll post updated pics in a week or two |

I went in to do legs today. My ankle has an old injury and doesn't have bone just pins and screws. Needless to say i did something to it during calf raises.
Going home to ice it down and hope it doesn't get worse. I can't afford setbacks like this |
