Actually remembered my log today. I did back and some bi's. I ran out of time though.

Per usual i left my log book today but i got in a good chest and tri workout. I did
Barbell bench x 4 sets Incline barbell x 4 sets Incline flies x 3 sets Pec deck x 4 sets Tri's Rope pushdowns x 4 sets Cable kickbacks x 4 sets Close grip bench press x 4 sets Loving my mood, the way i feel and look, and the compliments I'm getting. My gf never says anything she even mentioned i looked huge today!!! Gains comin!! |

Did legs today. I did
Squats 135 x 15 225 x 10 315 x 6 Lunges 30 x 16(steps) 35 x 14 40 x 14 Iso leg ext 70 x 10 85 x 10 100 x 8 8 sets of calf raises My legs are weaker then I'd like but i have no bone in my right ankle just metal so i do as much as i can |

Back yesterday Wide pull downs 160 x 15 190 x 9 205 x 7 Standing lat pull downs 55 x 15 70 x 12 85 x 6 Db rows 65 x 12 75 x 8 80 x 8 Started to do shoulders but i was gassed out. My thoughts so far on primo... Love it! Slow steady strength gains and increased appetite plus that feel good feeling |

Didn't bring me log today once again but i had a great bi//tri/back workout. I couldn't do deads because i had some smoking hot chick using the station for a few things. However, she looked real good using it so i decided to take a look and leave lol.
I know my libido is high but damn! I live in a health town and wish i could get a pic with some of these ladies to show you guys. I know everyone has that one at the gym but they all look good now lol. I think my test levels are up |

Did chest and tris today. Forgot my log again but remember the workouts
All were 4 sets or until failure Bb flat bench Bb incline bench Db flies Db incline flies Tris Cable rope pushdowns Cable kickbacks Close grip bb bench Skull crushers So far I'm loving the primo. Slow quality gains, increased appetite, NO SIDES lol. So far very impressed |

It's def more of a dry look. I get full from tren but this is a different creature. Similar results to me except strength gains aren't as rapid. Starting to show vascularity in inner biceps. Hopin it'll make it through my shoulders and look sick!!! |
