Seated military press 95*10 115*10 135*10 Ez bar Curls (complex) 5*5 with 65lbs Seated dumbbell press 45*10 50*10 55*10 60*9 Ez bar curls close grip 75*10 85*10 90*10 Lateral raises 25*10 30*10 35*10 Curl machine 4 second count 40lbs *15two sets 30*10 two sets Reverse cable pulls (rear delt) 10*10 three sets- these are surprisingly hard to do I felt better today been sick for about 5 days grrr. But now I just have to get back to eating. I'm going to go to vitaminshoppe and pick up some hemo rage ultra and ban true mass tomorrow.

Incline chest press machine 90*20 140*10 180*10 200*9 220*8 230*6 Skull crushers ez-bar 75*10 95*10 105*8 Bench press machine 70*10 90*10 100*10 110*8 The weights on this machine are not accurate I've benched 225 no prob and this was hard. Over head tris 60*10 70*10 80*10 90*8 Didn't have a spotter so I did not want to do the hundo like I should Tricep push down rope 40*12 four sets Decline chest machine 90*10 110*10 130*10 Standing flies 40*10 50*8 30*15 Flat bar push down 90*10 four sets Im feeling much better today in the gym but I should not have done a Russian bear shake before I was burping that up the whole time!
