Sorry guys been down and out about a week. Backed down to taking just 2.5ius gh, test, and npp atm. I had to take time recharge all the tren had me drained but it's slowly wearing off. I will have a log book and have a real log going by monday. Tren and gh have def help lose some bf though.

Update
Been running just npp and test iso for a week. I haven't been as dedicated as I'd like to be due to being laid off and kinda bummed out with all the bs we're all surrounded by daily. I woke up this morning with a new outlook on the whole deal. I need to use this time to train my ass off so I'm about to put myself on normal doses of gear and do this thing!!! Starting monday I should have at least a 4 day a week log and I'm even gonna try cardio. Sadly haven't done cardio in years. Monday I'll start

Blasted Back, Delts and Tris today. 80mg test base pre workout. Cup of coffee and half a low carb rockstar energy drink.
Chins: 10, 10 , 10 (last 3 reps were half reps) One-arm Dumbbell Rows: 55 x 12, 75 x 12 Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 25 x 12, 45 x 10, 60 x 12 Lateral Raises: 10 x 20, 25 x 15, 25 x 15 One-arm Tricep Extension: 25 x 12, 30 x 12
