yeah feel good itching to get in gym today
but is back day fave day
felt like it done wonders i really did just need break think 2 weeks every few months be the way now
eah will take breaks
looking at logs last year i was very down and lacking in going
then from march was good again dont know if its weather or just burn out time lol
anyway training is good still been light ish
knee feels great this week even had run so today going to see what can do on legs
