How did workout intensity changed over the years?
Did it changed over the years?
I remember myself 8-12 years ago when I trained like crazy but now somehow workout intensity changed...that burning desire to lift as much as possible somehow dissapeared. Workouts are just normal. What's your experience with this subject?
