The HyperMuscles 30 day arm challenge Picture Competition!
The 30 day arm challenge ...Sponsored by GBN So here goes, as from 1st April you have 30 days to improve overall arm appearance . We are looking for improvements in size and definition. .
You must include your arm size’s and pictures in your first posts you must then state your arm workouts for the next 30days. Having pulled a few strings we now have a prize pot of $100(for Kalpa Pharmaceuticals products only) to spend at GBN for the winner!!! The end picture must have you holding a copy of a newspaper printed on the day on question. CC and eazy will judge the photos and will pick a winner! Good luck
