forearm pain below elbow after heavy lifting.
When I lift heavy for "gripping" exercises I get a terrible pain in my upper forearm below the elbow. After some research I've diagnosed this as tennis elbow. Very common in weight training. Treatment is lots of ice and anti-inflamitorys. Prevention is forearm workouts and streaching of wrist and forearm. This has been a terrible nagging injury that's affected my lifting very negatively. Hopefully this info is able to help others in the same boat. I'm not going to post any links here because its not all that difficult for anyone to Google tennis elbow for themselves. Lift heavy bro!
