I know ALR has a shady past of spiking products with pharma drugs, but hey as an AAS user I have no problem with that lol
Anyways I've been using Humapro for about two months and can honestly say its pretty badass! I don't get the bloated feeling I do with whey and bc of the calorie deficit I can fit in more carbs into my diet. I would say 8/10 bc it is pricey but you get what you pay for.
