Hi, I am Paul Gonzales I am looking to buy whey protein but there are some myths which prompted me to buy. I ordered creatine and use for 2 months and then I found I am suffering the sleep issues from it so now I am scared I don't want that sleep issues. So am asking here are the ingredients present in both creatine or whey protein are different or the same?
