The Secret To More (& A Better) Sex Life 🤫
One of the BIGGEST problems I hear when I get on the phone with people who are struggling with their body and health is how much it affects their relationship.
More specifically their ânon-existentâ sex life 😵
Yep, weâre talking about sex on social media so if youâre under the age of 25 swipe on lol 🙉
I joke but itâs no laughing matter.
A relationship WITHOUT sex is more like a very good friendship, right? 🤔
I mean, friendships are nice but it doesnât quite fulfil ALL of those human needs... if ya catch my drift 🍆
Tension, frustration and feeling undesirable build with emotions heightening as more time goes on and you have less intimate moments with your partner.
So whatâs the fix?
It starts with YOU, loving you.
It starts with you PRIORITISING yourself and getting back to feeling sexy naked again.
Itâs hard to feel sexually attracted to someone who doesnât feel sexy themselves.
This isnât gender specific, it applies to both men and women.
The fastest way to feeling sexy with your partner is by doing something that makes you feel sexy.
And that comes down to loving your body and doing the things that get you to the place of ENJOYING to get naked (and keep the lights on) 😉
Doing something each day that creates worthiness within yourself. Exercising, making better food choices and doing things that will reshape your body in a way that you can be proud and feel sexy.
A body that you canât wait to show off to your partner and bring out the side that youâve been suppressing 😈
