Hello all I have been on boards for about 3-4yrs now and am always floating around. I am probably online too much as I am currently in Iraq as a network engineer. I have a decent amount of knowledge on AAS/training/diet as I use to go to school to be a personal trainer at NPTI. I will never ask you how much you bench but rather how much you squat or deadlift!
