To see results, you need to make sure you’re constantly shocking your body. Once your body adapts to your training, it stops showing results. Change your cardio constantly. Start with sweating it on the treadmill on the first day, go to the elliptical the next day and for a jog in the park the day after.

This will keep your body guessing and will make your cardio sessions fun. You can also ask your friends and family to join you and make it that bit less monotonous
