I'm from Canada, been training since college but only really serious for the last 2-3years
6'0 215lbs top abs showing and currently trying to get as lean as possible.

From the US been lifting since high school current stats=5'9" 235lbs about 12%bf need to get the bf down to 6-8% which should be around 220lbs.Started of BB then switched to powerlifting then back to BB.Good looking board glad to be around
