Hi all! My first forum after lots of looking around. I'm approaching 38 I'm 197 lbs. I'm here to learn and grow! This looked like the right place to start! I don't do comps, and far from a bodybuilder. Once I get going though I will be taking Pictures week to week. I'm excited and looking forward to growing with you guys! Thanks!
