hello fellas the board looks great. I have been on the boards for many years was a mod at a few, just looking to add what I can and learn as well. been training for 16yrs have done a few shows and have much cycle experience.

it was years ago but ill throw them up I was 190 my last show now im right around 239 as of this morning. Just starting a new cycle or really just dropped some compounds then added new ones so we shall see how it goes
