hears couples vids
first one from Jason blaha about how crap biogro is and any youtuber that says its good should be ashamed of themselves
then next from tigerfitness marc lobliner who I see is sponsored by the company and has endorsed it for a challenge to debate the product at the Arnold classic
what people thoughts on supplements I for one don't take a lot of things as never found them that beneficial enough to spend the amounts on I just couldn't spend £150 plus a month of supplements as rather spend on gear
if I was to get them free im sure I would take everything
and has anybosy heard of biogro ive never heard of it

I've heard of them, but don't use them.
I only use a pre-workout, protein, and zma.

This is more or less what I use. At the moment I'm taking fish oil, vit c, zinc, potassium, magnesium, calcium, choline, inositol and a B complex.
Never found any other supposedly muscle building supp to be worth it. Except maybe creatine.
You just can't beat test or tren etc etc
ps I think I'm trying to say that various forms of whey are the only bodybuilding supplements I take on a regular basis. I've never been bowled by the hype for anything else with the exception of creatine which I know works.

I do take fish oil while on cycle. I should take it year round though.

It's dirt cheap and has many benefits so a no brainer really.
